Old Greenville Days, Semo District Fair, Rafter K Rodeo, and Grape Stomping..

It is going to be another busy, but fun loaded weekend in Southeast Missouri.
As we all know it is Semo District Fair week and the fair will be up and running until Saturday.  Loaded with fun events; many of them free, family friendly, and just way too cool.  Please check the Semo District Fair’s website for a complete list of events...I hear the Peewee Showmanship Show is a must see!  www.semofair.com

Friday September 16 kicks of Old Greenville Days on Wappapello Lake…enjoy the arts and craft displays, demonstrations, bluegrass music, children’s games, funnel cakes and much more.  This is a FREE family event and Old Greenville is a beautiful place to spend the day with your family.  This event runs Friday 9/16/2011 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 9 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.   http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/Wappapello/evt-greenville.htm

It is Rafter K Rodeo time again, since the first article I posted on Rafter K Rodeo I have heard nothing but great things about Rafter K Rodeo  in Puxico Missouri!   Check them out, make plans to hit the road to Puxico to join the fun….you could spend the afternoon at Old Greenville and then finish the night off with Rafter K Rodeo

Finally yet importantly, do not forget the great Grape Stomp at Durso Hills Winery in Marquand, MO.  I know this event is going to be loads of fun.  I cannot wait to see everyone’s photos of stomping grapes….The Grape Stomp starts at 1pm on Saturday September 17 at Durso Hills Winery in Marquand, MO.  For more information, please visit the Grape Stomp Event Page .
Have a great fun filled weekend!
