Photos of the Historic Homan Hall, Marquand, MO

The Historic Homan Building, downstairs of the building houses Reagan Hotel Antiques.  As a mom I am never a fan of parading my kids through a small room full of breakable irreplaceable items, however, this antique store is very well arranged and easy to maneuver small hands and  feet through.  A few of our favorite items in the store happened to be the bright red Tonka dump truck and the wooden rocky horse sitting in the front window.  Hold on tight to your coin purses, because there are so many unique things inside this shop you will just have to leave with a souvenir!  The Antique Shop is open Friday 1:00 – 6:00, Saturday, 10:00 – 5:00, Sunday 1:00 – 5:00.

In the upstairs of the building is the Homan Hall Performing Art Center; just stopping off and seeing this building is a treat.  The Homan Hall is not what you would normally expect to see in a town the size of Marquand.  The very first time I ever entered Homan Hall I must have stood in Awe for moments; this room is stunning.  Homan Hall host several productions annually ranging from Children’s shows, Murder Mystery Dinner Theaters, Broadway Review, Bluegrass and Country Music shows.  I recently had the pleasure of attending one classy murder mystery show inside Homan Hall Performing Arts Center and my gal pal and I give the hall and the show two thumbs up!
